The myArrow Uniform Management Platform (UMP) provides an advanced eCommerce platform with highly customised methods for ordering uniforms, tailored for the many customers that Arrow Uniforms caters for – from full brand/theming abilities to receiving purchase orders via API’s.
Arrow Uniforms also run advanced ERP systems managing their warehouse, fulfilments and inventory – myArrow is highly integrated with changes between systems and backoffice integrations near instantaneous.
This centralised system simplifies employee uniform allocations by supporting both individual orders and manager approvals, ensuring efficient and accurate distribution.
The Uniform Closet feature enhances efficiency by allowing returned garments to be checked in and stored in a designated area. When an item is requested, the uniform manager receives an email notification to assign it, reducing unnecessary purchases. Additionally, myArrow enables Arrow Uniforms to consolidate all garments, including non-Arrow items, in one location for better organisation.
With our Wardrobe Management tool, Arrow Uniforms can easily track garment possession and manage the offboarding process. Bulk orders are shipped to a central location and automatically sorted and packed for each team member, streamlining distribution and reducing confusion.
